Method: Add the sugar, La Clandestine and iced water into the glass.
Stir well to disperse the sugar.
Squeeze and drop in the lime wedges.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir again.
The Clandestino is based on a Caipirinha which is traditionally made using the Brazilian spirit Cachaca, a white spirit similar to white rum. In this recipe we use La Clandestine absinthe instead of the cachaca. In addition, instead of the traditional muscavodo or brown sugar. we use caster sugar as it helps to keep the beautiful white colour and dissolves much more quickly.
