The Bitter Sweet Grouse Cocktail

Method:
Place Wylam Bitter Syrup, Aperol, Grapefruit and Angostura Bitters into the base of rocks glass.

Twist orange oils onto these and lightly press with flat end of barspoon.

Add a few scoops of ice and pour over the Naked Grouse.

Stir for approximately 30 seconds and then top up with more ice.
