Method:
Put around 8/9 mint leaves and a full lime, cut into segments and muddle these together in the boston glass to release the flavours.

Then add the vodka and apple juice, fill with ice, and shake until icy cold.

Double strain into the Champagne flute and top up with Champagne.
Origin:
Created as one of the original cocktails on the menu for the Home House Members Club's first summer garden bar in 2004.
