Whitley Neill Gin and Tonic Cocktail

Method:
Squeeze two halved cape gooseberries (physalis) into a chilled glass. Add ice. Add 50ml Whitley Neill Gin. Stir while adding Fever-Tree tonic. Peel the leaves back from a Cape Gooseberry and drop in on top for garnish.
