UK and Europe:
You undertake to ensure that all deliveries are taken by person/s aged 18 or over.
Deliveries are made during the hours 07.30 to 17:30 on Monday to Friday and 07.30 to 12:00 on Saturdays. Goods are not able to be returned after the signing of a delivery other than those which are faulty or damaged and these will receive a full refund or a replacement re-despatched free of charge. here. All timed deliveries cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Where specific courier instructions are given e.g. leave in porch, round the back etc, you are entirely responsible for goods being received where our couriers, Initial City Link or other couriers have a POD (proof of delivery), and/or inform us that the goods were 'left as instructed'. You must ensure that any specific courier instructions given are correct, and that the information provided, ensures a safe and accurate delivery. If goods go 'missing', no refunds or replacements will be issued.
Our European couriers are not able to carry out such courier instructions due to language barrier restraints.
You may be liable to state taxes and/or duties upon arrival in your country.
USA and Rest of the World Deliveries:
You undertake to ensure that all deliveries are taken by person/s aged 18/21 or over, depending on the destination country. You are responsible to ensure alcohol deliveries are permissible in your country/state. We cannot be held responsible should customs clearance refuse entry of your delivery.
You may be liable to pay local state taxes and/or duties upon arrival in your country/state.
Any additional charges are the buyers responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We are unable to accept courier instructions for overseas shipment, such as leave in porch, so please ensure the recipient will be at home or work to accept delivery. Telephone numbers MUST be given for the recipient. You may be requested to pay by Bank Transfer not credit or debit card.
Free delivery is not available on export orders.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers including BFPO.
