This lovely red wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc and has an intense deep red colour with black layer.

On the nose, intense and complex aroma of preserved red fruit combined with toasts and spices.
In the mouth it is soft and oily, with good structure. Intense flavour of red fruit, spices and toasts from the oak. Long and pleasant finish.
The grapes were harvested by hand in the vineyards Finca Cal Miret and Finca la Torret an altitude of 400 and 315 m. Then cold pre-fermentation maceration at 8deg C during five days to extract as much as possible of colour and aromas. Then the two varieties were fermented separately at a controlled temperature of 25deg C. Prolonged during 31 and 35 days respectively. Thirteen months in new French oak barrels from Allier.
