Marc Hebrart and his wife started making Champagne in 1963, adding to the land little by little due to the high price of land in Champagne. In 1983, their son Jean-Paul started his own small production.

In 1997 the family created E.A.R.L. Champagne Hebrart by merging the two enterprises together, making Jean-Paul the director of the company.

Light salmon rose colour, biscuit and brioche dominating on the nose. This rose has complex aromas of red fruit, particularly strawberry and raspberry flavours thought for a long flavoursome finish. A rich and elegant style to accompany any meal.

This delicious Champagne should be chilled, not iced and is perfect for celebrating great occasions.

Producer Information

Their Story: Jean-Paul Hebrart took over the operations of Marc Hebrart Champagne in the Vallee de la Marne from his father Marc in 1997. This estate is not exactly new: Jean-Paul's father has been producing Champagne under the Marc Hebrart name since 1964.
Jean-Paul Hebrart is married to Isabelle Diebolt of Diebolt-Vallois in Cramant. While they live in Mareuil, they each work at their respective family properties, with little to no overlap. "We function completely separately, each with our own estates," says Isabelle.
Peter Liem writes of Champagne Hebrart on
"Hebrart's wines have a broad appeal: if you like to think about your wines, they're intellectually engaging enough to satisfy you; on the other hand, if you're just looking to drink, they're simply delicious. The wines are full and generous without being weighty, complex and soil-driven without being demanding. Overall, the entire range is of consistently high quality, and represents excellent value for the money."
Marc Hebrart Champagnes are served at Daniel in NYC.
