Producer Information

Chocalan`s 80 hectares of vineyard are situated in a part of the Maipo Valley not previously planted with vines, between the Andes and the Coastal Mountain range. The proximity of the vineyards to the Pacific Ocean ensures that the heat of the warm days is mitigated by the cool breezes that are funnelled down the valley at night. This ensures a longer ripening period and more elegant, less jammy wines as a result.
