The Chamarel VSOP Rum unique character starts in the quality of the sugar cane harvested from the Estate, complemented by the meticulous monitoring throughout the fermentation and distillation processes.
The Rum is then matured for a minimum of 4 years in oak barrels.
Nose: Vanilla, caramel, tannins, orchard fruits peach/apricot,notes of prune and ripe sugar cane.
Pallette: Honey, cedarwood, touch of smoke, sweet spice, overtones of Armagnac/Brandy.
Medium to full modied.
Dry or on Ice and can be proposed with some brown sugar or syrup.
