The character of Grasovka is based on its bison grass flavour; the bison grass plant grows in bunches in the clearings the woods of the national park of Bialowieza on the border between Poland and Belarus. There, the wild bison are thriving, a rare site in Europe.
Grasovka is made with a genuine bison grass and is naturally flavoured. Grasovka contains no artificial colour or additives and is made with traditional Polish vodka.
The result is an all-natural, light note of hay and grass on the nose and initial palate. The taste seems slightly sweet and gently warming with slight peppery finish.
