Review: In early 2009 Gaymers changed the recipe for Blackthorn cider. They have mellowed the flavour, and so removed the dry bite, which was distinctive to this cider. They have also reduced the alcohol content. In is my opinion, and that of thousands of Blackthorn drinkers across the world, that this is no longer one of England’s top ciders.

Review: Probably the best of the mass produced ciders but there are better small batch ones out there.

Review: I love this cider I personally think it is the best on the Market. I have been drinking it for almost thirty years. Sadly it is not carried by many stores. It is always the other ciders that have the lion's share of the market and this proves difficulty in finding it.
