Review: I was disappointed with the product I received - it appeared as though there was a small amount of cotton wool floating in the vodka, the 'gem core' was very wonky and the label was dirty. I fully understand this is a problem with Blackwood Distillery and Thedrinkshop.com customer services were great and offered to replace the bottle straight away.

Review: I'd like to add an update to my previous review...
It seems that a gremlin in the works prevented Blackwoods receiving my email for a few weeks. I'd therefore like to add a big thank you to Tara and Karen at Blackwoods for their help in resolving my problem.

Review: I recently purchased a bottle of this vodka from an upmarket department store and found it to contain a number of fine white fibres floating in the vodka.
I emailed Blackwood via the email address on the divavodka.com website about this, offering them the chance to examine the bottle and comment, but have so far had no response.
Check your bottle carefully before opening the seal on the bottle!
Please note this has no relevance to the service of thedrinkshop.com which I have always found to be exemplary.
