Review: This absinthe is my personal favourite. It is rather sweet and tastes the same as blackjacks instead of like them but bitter, like most other absinthes. The bottle is beautiful so worth keeping when your finished. I like it so much I won't finish a bottle before having a new one ready. It louches beautifully to a mint green, it's smooth and it's sweetness means you don't HAVE to add sugar but it tastes delicious when you do. This absinthe doesn't burn your mouth or throat when you drink it straight either.
After one glass you start to feel the Fairy Effect, and after three you are well away with the fairies.
Here's to Apsinthion.
