Producer Information

Considered by many as the best tequila in the world, Tequila Siete Leguas is steeped in heritage. Based in Atotonilco el Alto in Jalisco, Mexico.
Casa Siete Leguas has more than fifty years of experience in the making of tequila by means of a traditional process delivering full-bodied, high-quality spirits of refined flavour. The range consists of a Blanco, a Reposado, an Anejo and a D'Antano, all made of 100% agave. The D'Antano is aged up to five years.
Pancho Villa, a central character in revolutionary days, rode his horse Seven Leagues (Siete Leguas) across the Mexican land. Though Villa had a lot of detractors, he also had his share of faithful followers. One of the general's greatest admirers was Don Ignacio Gonzalez Vargas, a proud and
enterprising Mexican. In a show of affection for the "Centaur of the North", Don Ignacio named his own tequila after Pancho Villa's favourite horse. Thus, Tequila Siete Leguas was born.
