Review: I came across this beer in Pizza Express. I was never particularly impressed with the normal Peroni and tended to stick to Czech lagers for fuller flavour but I have to agree with the other reviewers on here, this beer has a taste and body that takes it beyond lager, it is absolutely delicious!

Review: I hate to admit it, but some continental beers give me almost as much pleasure as good champagne. I love the rich, almost sweet, and strong flavour of Duvel, for example. I have always enjoyed the standard Peroni bottled beer, but imagine my surprise when I discovered, in a local Italian restaurant, a beer to challenge Duvel and other light (blonde) Belgian beers. This Peroni is a joy, especially with pasta dishes, but also on its own. It is deeply satisfying and reminded me what teetotallers are missing.

Review: This is probably the finest lager I have ever tasted. The perfect accompaniment to Italian dishes and, slightly chilled, makes a splendid thirst quencher on a hot summer's day. Not a pilsner but more full-bodied than regular larger. You will know something special has hit your palate on the very first sip!
