Clear. Attractive aromas of honeyed toasted pound cake, lemon pudding, celery pepper and dried flowers with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a vibrant, tongue-warming citrus custard, prickly pear, and floral talc finish. A lively and flavourful gin that will shine in cocktails.

Chair Judge's (Angela Reddin) comments were 'Clean pure silver white spirit. The nose has an intricate complexity, high toned key notes of dried flowers with a firm core of juniper, coriander seed and citrus zest. The natural botanicals selected, are steeped in the spirit for at least 24 hours, contributing to a very soft release of the spirit on the palette, and no trace of 'after burn' normally associated with gin.
