It has aromas of vanilla, rose petal and apricot with a finish of walnut, cinnamon and liquorice.

A 20-year-old cognac from Grande Champagne only.

The fresh roses have transitioned to dried roses, and the bright citrus has softened and mellowed into something richer and more diffuse.

A distinct note of honey pervades the nose, and the texture is dense, soft and silky.

Producer Information

In Grande Champagne, at the very heart of the 'Golden Triangle', Cognac Ferrand produces some of the world's finest Cognac. The region's limestone soil provides the grapes with the acidity needed to produce the base wine for excellent Cognac but it takes more than just superior conditions to produce award winning brandy. From beginning to end, the Pierre Ferrand process is managed by some of the best in the industry.
A discerning master distiller and cellar master create and closely guard Pierre Ferrand's reputation for excellence. The goal has always been to embody the outstanding, traditional character of Grande Champagne Cognac. Traditional naming conventions are not used by Pierre Ferrand as the ages of their blends are much older than are needed to qualify for the classification VSOP and XO.
