Located in Marlborough's cooler Awatere Valley, Clifford Bay's climatic influence plays a significant role in the varietal flavours of the selected vineyards.

This wine is a pure example of concentrated Sauvignon Blanc displaying intense aromas of currant leaf, gooseberry and fresh lime intertwined with exotic herb notes.

An explosive, concentrated palate gives way to a long mineral and steely finish.

100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Hand harvested bunches were destemmed and crushed. For maturation, the juice was then left on the lees for two months until it was racked to ferment in a tank. Subsequently, the resulting wine was gently fined out and filtered before bottling.
