This is an easy-to-drink sparkling wine made byï¿½the team at Louis Bouillot, in Burgundy. The grapes are from vineyards in the South of France, with the majority of the blend being comprised of Ugni Blanc and Chenin Blanc. The wine is made by the tank method, giving pristine fruit with freshness and a with a fine mousse. The style is Brut, with just under 10 grams per litre of residual sugar, and the finish is balanced with lively acidity and appealing stone fruit and apple flavours.
