The ripe pinots bring a full round nose with a generous mouth feel and richness in flavour.

The depth of fruit makes the finish very long.

Degorged after 18 months to keep its youthfulness and retain the delicious flavour of summer fruits.

This will pair beautifully with the traditional seafood dishes sparkling wine is associated with but due to the richer flavour of this wine it will also go very well with fuller flavoured foods such as ham and game along with cheese.

55% Pinot Noir, 45% Pinot Meunier.

Producer Information

Ridgeview is a family company dedicated to producing the highest quality sparkling wine from classic varieties and traditional methods, situated in the South Downs of England.

Ridgeview sparkling wines are named in honour of Englishman Christopher Merret who in London in 1662 was the first person to record the process of making traditional method sparkling wines, 30 years before the technique was documented in Champagne.

In just ten years of sales Ridgeview has been awarded over 100 medals and trophies. This culminated in the Grosvenor Blanc de Blancs trouncing top Champagnes to win Decanter Magazine’s Best Sparkling Wine in the World Trophy in 2010.
