Producer Information

Winemaker Ben Glaetzer has teamed up with two of Australia's leading wine professionals - Grant Tilbrook and Vicki Arnold - to create individual wines with strong varietal and regional characteristics under the Heartland label. All wines are from Heartland’s own vineyards in Langhorne Creek and Limestone Coast, South Australia.

Langhorne Creek is one of Australia's oldest viticultural regions, the first plantings being in 1850. It is known for producing reds with rich, opulent mouthfeel and fine tannins. The Limestone Coast has the same Terra Rossa soil of its famous, slightly cooler neighbour, Coonawarra. The long, cool growing season contributes great finesse and elegance to the wines.
