Fresh, dry with good complexity and a persisting, pleasant flavour.
Manzanilla Solear should be drunk as young and fresh as possible and consumed within a week.
It should be served well chilled.
It is the perfect accompaniment to a range of starters such as cured ham, artichokes, asparagus, cold and hot soups, fish and shellfish.
Try it also with sushi and wasabi peas!
