Pale yellow colour with light greenish tints. Clear and transparent.
Full, ripe fruit is combined with fresh aromatic batches to build a rich, honeyed wine with barrel fermentation notes and delicate perfumes. Fabulous.
After a light maceration for four hours, the grapes were lightly pressed, and then fermented in new Allier barrels during 18 days at an average temperature of 16deg C. After the fermentation, the ageing was continued in the same barrels for four months over lees and with periodic battonage.
