Jenny’s is a hidden disco den (probably the only one in Liverpool), with music from a certain era as one would expect, in the heart of the business district and not far from the classic and iconic waterfront buildings. Jenny’s offers an impressively extensive array of cocktails, and the spirits to make them with, all served in a lively atmosphere.

Daniel Kelly leads the bar team, and his cocktail The Adventurist is something of a travelogue, combining influences from Italy and the Baltic. Distil No. 9 vodka from the Ukraine is combined with Kummel, with its origins in Latvia, with Punt e Mes from Milan and balsamic vinegar from a little further south in Modena. Dan stirs the ingredients together, strains and serves with a garnish of burnt rosemary and viola flowers.


Ingredients:
40ml Distil. No9 Vodka
2 dashes of Modena Balsamic Vinegar
5ml Wolfschmidt Kummel
20ml Punt E Mes
Method:
Stir and strain
Garnish with burnt rosemary and viola flower
