Garnish: Coffee Beans
Method: Stir all the ingredients, except the cream and cacao, over cubed ice and pour into a chilled martini glass. Mix the cream and cacao and then slowly layer on the other liquid. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
Amount Ingredient
35 ml Tuaca
25 ml Expresso Coffee
15 ml Monin - Gomme (Sugar Syrup)
15 ml Giffard - Creme de Cacao Brown
25 ml Double Cream
