Glass: Collins / Highball
Garnish: Lime Wedge and Orange Bitters
Method: Shake and strain over an ice stick in a frozen highball. Top with Ginger beer. Lime wedge and spray of orange bitters to finish
Amount Ingredient
50 ml Somerset Cider Brandy 5yr
12.5 ml Laphroaig - 10 Year Old
25 ml Funkin - Pure Pour Lime Juice (1 Litre)
12.5 ml Demerara Syrup
4 dash(es) Angostura - Aromatic Bitters
