Glass: Red Wine Glass
Garnish: Grated Chocolate
Method: Mix the main first 3 ingredients a few times through ice and pour into a wine glass. Whip up a 'meringue mix' with the egg white and the Galliano. Pour the cloud gently over the drink. Add some grated chocolate as a garnish.

25 ml Briottet - Creme de Cacao (White)
25 ml Nardini - Riserva 50 'Classic'
25 ml Monin - Orgeat (Almond)
20 ml Galliano - L'Autentico
100 ml Egg White
