Garnish: Jasmine Foam
Method: In a boston glass muddle the mango, add the Gin, Jasmine tea, jasmine syrup and the can syrup. Fill the boston glass with cubed ice and shake. Pour all the content in to the serving glass and top up with jasmine foam.
Amount Ingredient
1/2 Mango
50 ml Bloom - Gin
50 ml Jasmine Tea
5 ml Monin - Jasmine
5 ml Monin - Pure Cane Sugar
top up with Jasmine Foam
