Garnish: Whole raspberries, Pineapple Wedges, Oranges Slices and Halved Passion Fruits
Method: In the bowl, add bottle of Elements Eight and Chairmans Reserve. Add a few cubes of ice and add sticks of cinnamon. Add fruit juices and purees and stir. Add the sparkling water to taste and grate the nutmeg. Stir. Garnish with whole raspberries, pineapple wedges, oranges slices and halved passion fruits.

70 ml Chairmans Reserve - St Lucian Rum
70 ml Elements Eight - Platinum Rum
Fresh Orange Juice
Fresh Passion Fruit Juice
Fresh Pineapple Juice
Grated Nutmeg
Funkin - Raspberry Puree
Hildon - Sparkling
