Greenheart Screwball Swizzle

Garnish: Poached Rhubarb, Grated Citrus Zest and Multicoloured Cocktail Cherries.
Method: Add all ingredients to Parisian shaker lid and swizzle with crushed ice. Crown with more crushed ice and garnish with poached rhubarb, grated citrus zest and multicoloured cocktail cherries.
Amount Ingredient
52.5 ml El Dorado - 5 Year Old
30 ml Blood Orange Puree
22.5 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Prosecco Sugar Syrup
2 barspoon Rhubarb and Ginger Preserve
3 dash(es) The Bitter Truth - Orange
