Glass: Coupette / Margarita
Garnish: Spritz Of Rose Water & Edible Flowers
Method: Add all ingredients to shaker except rose water. Dry shake without ice then shake hard with ice. Garnish with spritz of rose water and edible flowers Double strain into chilled coupette.
Amount Ingredient
40 ml Remy Martin - VSOP Mature Cask Finish
25 ml Chambord
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
5 ml Monin - Gomme (Sugar Syrup)
Egg White
Spritz Rose Water
