Method:In a Turkish pot, flame the Benedictine & Rosemary in order to make a warm infusion.
In the shaker, add all other ingredients.
Pour the flaming Benedictine & rosemary over theother ingredients in the shaker.
Mix up with a bar spoon.
Give a shake & strain into a copper mug.
Add crushed ice, decorate with dehydrated peach and a rosemary sprig. Flame some icing sugar on top.
