Method: Shaken and strained into a rocks with block ice and dry ice float.
Notes: Competition entry and placed for Edinburgh.
Amount Ingredient
37.5 ml Haig Club - Singe Grain Scotch Whisky
25 ml Gabriel Boudier - 'Bartender Range' Creme de Bananes
25 ml Fresh Orange Juice
10 ml House Star Anise Syrup
2 dash(es) Angostura - Aromatic Bitters
Talisker Mist mixed with Dry Ice
