Garnish: Dry Pineapple
Method: Stirred down into a rocks glass with one big ice cube. Garnish with dry pineapple.
Notes: IPA Syrup is made using an IPA beer instead of water, heated with sugar, to make a delicious beer flavoured syrup.

40 ml Martell - Cordon Bleu
10 ml Byrrh - Grand Quinquina
10 ml IPA Syrup (1:1)
