Garnish: Dehydrated Lime, Chilli and Cracked Black Pepper
Method: Build and swizzle over crushed ice in Collins Glass. Garnish with dehydrated Lime, Chilli and cracked black pepper.
Notes: **Blood Orange and Coriander Shrub: Add 50g chopped coriander to 250ml Cider Vinegar and steep 3 days and strain. Combine with 500ml Blood orange Juice and 250g white sugar. Stir until dissolved and bottle.

35 ml Casco Viejo - Reposado
15 ml Ancho Reyes - Chile Liqueur
15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
15 ml Blood Orange and Coriander Shrub**
7.5 ml Monin - Orgeat (Almond)
