Garnish: Swirled Creole Bitters
Method: Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass with three swirled drops of Creole bitters on top.

50 ml Byrrh - Grand Quinquina
15 ml Suze
25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10 ml Simple Syrup (1:1)
20 ml Egg White
2 dash(es) Angostura - Aromatic Bitters
