Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Pickled Ginger, Furikake & Cherry
Method: Shake all ingredients and strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Add Wasabi to taste. Garnish with pickled ginger, furikake [a dry Japanese seasoning of ground fish, sesame seeds & seaweed] and Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
Amount Ingredient
50 ml Luxardo - Amaretto di Saschira
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dash(es) Angostura - Aromatic Bitters
1 slice(s) Fresh Ginger
