Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake without ice. Add ice to shaker and re-shake. Single strain into an ice-filled glass. The key to any egg cocktail is to shake it longer than you would most cocktails to ensure that everything is mixed well. The egg also makes a great foamy top on the pink liquid and creates a spectacular looking cocktail.

50 ml The Lakes - Rhubarb & Rosehip Gin Liqueur
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10 ml Grenadine Syrup
25 ml Folkingtons - Cloudy Apple Juice
15 ml Egg White (Optional)
