Method: Shake.
Notes: Toasted Vanilla Cream: 473ml Double Cream, 2 Vanilla Pods, 50g Sugar, 1/2 tsp bicarb. Vac pac and heat all at 82c sous vide for 24 hours. Strain & bottle. Rhubarb wine: 500g Rhubarb, 300ml Rose, 300ml Sugar, 10g Pectin Powder, 1 Bunch Of Fresh Tarragon. Cook all par from tarragon, slow and low. Blend with fresh tarragon. Strain & bottle.

30 ml Toasted Vanilla Cream
20 ml Rhubarb Wine
