Garnish: Mushrooms and Mango Skin
Method: Build. Serve with a bamboo straw.
Notes: Mushrooms and mango puree (blend raw mushrooms and mango with sugar and water and let sit for half an hour).
Origin: A drink inspired by lake Chapala food markets in Jalisco Mexico.
Amount Ingredient
50 ml Patron - Reposado
50 ml Mushrooms & Mango Puree
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Crushed Ice
top up with Bamboo Water
