Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Fig Half
Method: Shake hard and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a hollowed half fig and fill with cranberries. Rest on the side of the foam. (If no figs just garnish with cranberries).
Amount Ingredient
35 ml Sloe Gin
12.5 ml Briottet - Creme de Figue (Fig)
12.5 ml Folkingtons - Cranberry Juice
12.5 drops(s) Fresh Lime Juice
12.5 ml Sugar Syrup (Gomme)
