Method: Muddle the blackberries into the rum and crème de mure. Add other ingredients and shake hard and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a crumbled biscuit.
Amount Ingredient
35 ml Bounty Rum - Spiced
12.5 ml Briottet - Creme de Mure (Blackberry)
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5 ml Spiced Syrup
25 ml Fresh Apple Juice
1 dash(es) Angostura - Aromatic Bitters
4 Blackberries
