Glass: Highball
Garnish: Toasted Coconut Flakes
Method: Combine all ingredients into a cocktail tin with 2 cubes of ice. Whip on a spindle mixer until the ice has melted. Pour into a highball glass. Top with coconut flakes and toast with a kitchen blowtorch.

50 ml Marquis de Montesquiou - Fine
15 ml Bounty Rum - Coconut
35 ml Coco Lopez
50 ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 dash(es) Angostura - Aromatic Bitters
