Glass: Highball
Garnish: Lemon & Pair of Cherries
Method: Carefully remove the stalks and slice the cherries into halves to remove the pits. Add the flesh to your cocktail shaker and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients except the lemonade to your shaker, add ice and shake away. Fine strain over ice into a highball glass before topping with lemonade, and garnish with a slice of lemon and a pair of cherries.
Notes: Super refreshing! 'Barbed is a play on the rhu"barb" element.
Amount Ingredient
25 ml Bounty Rum - White
25 ml Bounty Rum - Gold
15 ml Mayfield - Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
To Taste Lemonade
