Garnish: Lime Wedge & Mini Taco
Method: Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a shaker tin. Add the peanut butter, brown sugar and tomato juice and stir until the sugar has dissolved and the peanut butter has broken down. Add the rest of the ingredients and throw between two shakers with ice in one to chill and mix the drink. Fine strain into a highball glass rimmed with Sal de Gusano (worm salt) filled with cubed ice. Garnish lime wedge (and mini taco if you’ve got the time).
Amount Ingredient
40 ml Black Fire - Coffee Liqueur
20 ml Port
1 dash(es) Ground Cumin Powder
1 dash(es) Ground Coriander
1 dash(es) Thyme
1 dash(es) Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash(es) Tabasco Sauce
2 slice(s) Muddled Ginger
0.5 barspoon Peanut Butter
1 barspoon Brown Sugar
1 dash(es) Salt & Pepper
200 ml Pago - Tomato Juice
