Garnish: Pineapple Slice
Method: Muddle ginger, pineapple with a little black pepper. Add Tuaca and caramel and a slash of Lemon and Pineapple juice to taste. Add plenty of crushed ice and serve.
Origin: Ling-Ling Bar in Hakkasan.
