Glass: Collins / Highball
Garnish: Pineapple and a sage leaf
Method: Muddle sage with pineapple and Monin gomme (Sugar Syrup). Add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Fine strain into highball glass over cubbed ice and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a sage leaf.
Amount Ingredient
50 ml BELVEDERE - Pomarancza (Orange)
12 ml CARTRON - Anisette
6 fresh sage leaves
6 chunks of fresh pineapple
dash Monin - Gomme (Sugar Syrup)
dash Funkin - Pure Pour Lemon Juice (1 Litre)
