Garnish:Star Fruit, Dragon Fruit Star, Pineapple Leaf, Orange Zest
Method:Firstly, chill the martini glass either having placed in the freezer half-hour before hand, or just add ice and leave to stand for a couple of minutes.
To make the cocktail, fill the boston shaker glass with ice and add all the ingredients. Create a seal with the boston cup and shake well until the shaker is ice cold.
Discard the ice form the martini glass and double strain the cocktail, firstly through a hawthorn shaker and then fine-strain through a tea strainer.
Garnish with the fruit.
Notes:The garnish is made by cutting out the fruits to a star shape and skewer with a cocktail stick.
