Garnish: Chopped Apple
Method: In a pan over heat, put together the orange, lime peels, sugar, ginger and cinnamon. When the sugar is melting down add Leblon and water. Let this cook for 20 to 25 minutes until all ingredients are blended. Strain everything. Put the chopped apple on top and keep over a low flame. Serve with a ladle.

Amount Ingredient
70 cl Leblon
600 ml Water
500 Grammes of White Sugar
2 Orange Peels
1 Lime Peel
50 Grammes of Chopped Ginger
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Chopped Apple
