Champagne Cobbler

Glass: Flute
Garnish: Orange Peel
Method: Muddle the fruit and liqueur in the bottom of a bar glass. Add ice and Champagne. Stir gently and strain into a Champagne Flute. Garnish with an orange peel.
Amount Ingredient
120 ml Bollinger - Special Cuvee
25 ml Luxardo - Maraschino Originale
2 Orange Wedges
2 Chunks of Pineapple (3/4 squares)
2 Lemon Wedges
